The Pinkest Moon is a small, independent artist endeavor. Everything sold is either original artistry or designated replications thatof. The Pinkest Moon is run by the artist and originator CV Garcia. Shipping & Returns
Unless noted otherwise, buyer pays for shipping. We are unable to refund original shipping charges. If you are dissatisfied with your order, or have a question about it, please email support@thepinkestmoon.com and all efforts will be made to reach a mutually satisfying resolution. Most of all, we want you to be happy! All returns must be completed within 30 days of the original order date; because we are a small, independent outfit we are unable to accept any returns beyond the 30 day period. If the item arrived damaged, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt in order for us to provide a satisfying resolution whether it be a credit, refund or replacement.
New orders will ship 2-7 working/business days after purchase. Shipping confirmation tracking numbers will be sent via email. If your order includes multiple items they may ship separately and on different days.
During the holiday rush (November and December) orders may take up to 5 - 7 business days to process. If you are seeking to gift any purchased items please order holiday gifts as soon as possible!
USPS First Class Shipping is for USA Buyers Only. Average delivery time is 3-7 business days (not including processing time)
USPS Priority is for USA Buyers Only. Average delivery time: 2-4 business days (not including processing time)
International Shipping is for Buyers in Countries Outside of the U.S. Average delivery time is 2 - 5 weeks (not including processing time). The buyer will incur the cost of additional import taxes and tariffs in addition to the international shipping cost.
Note: The above reflects average transit times, but these are not guaranteed. Delays may be experienced, especially during the holidays or exigent circumstances. From the latter half of 2020 throughout 2022 thus far, for example, the U.S. Postal Service was / is shipping out and delivering many items with bare to substantial delays owed to the pandemic, election and internal USPS reorganization. If you have a deadline, it is recommended you order well in advance to ensure the package arrives on time. International orders may experience additional delay owed to customs, the pandemic, the operations of postal services in other countries etc.
Packaging
At The Pinkest Moon we want to earth-tread as lightly as possible. Therefore, in an effort to recycle and reuse, you may discover that your product has shipped in pre-used packaging and pre-used shipping materials.
